Officially Online!
Finally! The folks at HAVE BOOKS-WILL PROMOTE stopped procrastinating and insisted I create this blog. We are trying to keep up with the 21st century.
Let me tell you a bit about what we do at HAVE BOOKS-WILL PROMOTE, Inc., LLC.
Our mission is to help newly published authors, mainly self-published ones, or authors who are considering self-publishing, to get the marketing and promotion they and their book deserves.
It is a well-known fact that--unless a writer is lucky enough and patient enough to land an agent, and that agent is well-connected enough to get the book published by a traditional publisher-- there will be little done in the way of book promotion. We know this because we are a group of authors and writers who have been there, done that.
Even most small and/or independent presses no longer offer book promotion. The purse strings are just stretched to far. And even the big New York publishers like Random House are no longer able to provide the big budgets for promotion they once did.
So we decided to join together and form our own company, HAVE BOOKS-WILL PROMOTE, (if you are old enough to remember HAVE GUN-WILL TRAVEL!, you'll think we're very clever!) We are very excited at the prospect of marketing and promoting the books of deserving authors.
If you are an author or aspiring author who is interested in discussing the promotion of your book please contact us at kdgrier.joy@gmail.com. You will get a response quickly and be set up for a free phone consultation to discuss your hopes and plans for your book and its future.
Rates charged by HAVE BOOKS-WILL PROMOTE are very reasonable, markedly lower than what the publishing companies charge. We will even work with you on payment options. The most important thing is that there are millions of books, great books, and the authors behind them, not getting the attention they deserve. At HAVE BOOKS-WILL PROMOTE we want to change all that.
